Alexandra Alekhina is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Alexandra represents clients on a broad range of matters, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Alexandra advises on capital market transactions, representing issuers, investment banks, and investors in primary and secondary equity capital market transactions and general corporate matters.

Alexandra maintains an active pro bono practice, advising local charities.

Alexandra also serves on the firm’s Women Affinity Group London committee.

Prior to qualification, Alexandra spent two years training in the firm’s Moscow office and one year training in the firm’s London office.
