  • Howard Hughes Holdings on the spinoff and listing of Seaport Entertainment Group
  • Omnicom, a leading global marketing and corporate communications company, on its acquisition of Flywheel Digital, the digital commerce business of Ascential
  • Sixth Street on its investment to expand the National Women’s Soccer League Investment to the Bay Area
  • Watts Water Technologies, Inc., one of the world's leading manufacturers and providers of plumbing, heating, and water quality products and solutions, on its acquisition of Josam Company
  • Worthington Industries on the spinoff of its steel processing business into two differentiated, independent, and publicly traded companies
