Alice Andreea Maresi

Alice Maresi is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Alice represents public and private companies and private equity funds on public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments.

She advises clients on a variety of transactions within numerous industries, most recently cosmetics, automotive, video gaming, and networking technologies.

Alice trained in Latham’s London office, gaining broad experience in corporate real estate, M&A, private equity, banking, and data and technology transactions. She seconded to Latham’s Hong Kong office where she assisted on a full spectrum of corporate transactions and advised technology clients on data privacy changes in Europe and East Asia Pacific.

Alice maintains an active pro bono practice, representing charities and victims of domestic, and attending law clinics to provide advice to vulnerable individuals on low-income.
