Amy Quartarolo is the Co-Chair of the Los Angeles and Century City Litigation & Trial Department and a member of the Bankruptcy Litigation & Creditors' Rights Practice.
Amy represents both debtors and creditors in a wide range of bankruptcy-related and complex commercial litigation. She regularly practices in both state and federal courts, and has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Amy serves on the firm’s Recruiting Committee and is a member of EEO Review Board, Pro Bono Committee, and Women Enriching Business (WEB) Committee.
She is licensed to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Federal District Courts for the Central District of California, the Northern District of California, the Southern District of California, and the Southern District of New York.
Amy is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Business Law Section of the California State Bar Association.
