Andrea Keller represents leading commercial and investment banks in a broad range of finance transactions.

Ms. Keller combines her comprehensive understanding of the market with knowledge of evolving deal technologies to guide financial institutions and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border commercial lending transactions, including:

  • Syndicated loan transactions
  • Multicurrency credit facilities
  • Investment-grade financings
  • Secured and unsecured credit facilities
  • Asset-based and cash-flow credit facilities
  • Working capital and acquisition financings

She forges trusted relationships with commercial and investment banks, as well as counsel within the finance sector, to efficiently deliver actionable advice and consummate sophisticated financing transactions. Ms. Keller seamlessly collaborates across Latham’s multidisciplinary platform to help clients achieve their commercial objectives.

A recognized firm leader, Ms. Keller has served on the Chicago leadership team for the Multicultural Promotion & Attainment Coalition and for the Training & Career Enhancement Committee, and actively participates in the firm’s formal mentoring program.

She maintains an active pro bono practice, including guardian ad litem work through Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and asylum work through the National Immigrant Justice Center. Ms. Keller previously served on the board for Chicago’s Career Transitions Center, which empowers professionals to find meaningful employment.
