Andres Medina-Jordan advises emerging companies through every stage of their life cycle, as well as the investment funds and strategic investors that invest in them.
Andres draws on experience representing clients in cross-border transactions, with a focus on companies and investors operating across diverse industries in Latin America (Latam). Before becoming a lawyer, Andres gained valuable business experience working with the executive team of a technology company in the healthcare sector, helping to drive growth and institutionalize operations in the pharmacy benefits management (PBM) and healthcare insurance space. Andres also draws on legal insight gained from having served as derivatives counsel for a hedge fund.
Andres is a member of the emerging companies and growth team, as well as Latham’s Latin America team. He also works closely with the mergers and acquisitions and capital markets teams.
