Angus James Baird

Angus Baird is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Angus represents clients including private companies, private equity sponsors, and private equity portfolio companies on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters across a range of sectors. 

Angus trained in the firm’s London office, working on a variety of matters across different practice areas, including corporate, restructuring and special situations, finance, and litigation (which included a particular focus on sanctions-related work).
