    Anna Kullmann is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

    Anna represents public and private companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation. She has particular experience advising claimants and defendants on competition disputes, including class actions. 

    Anna represents clients from the automobile, technology, entertainment, and financial sectors in proceedings before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Competition Appeal Tribunal.

    Anna maintains an active pro bono practice, advising clients at the Royal Courts of Justice self-representation unit.

    • A patent owner in a competition and intellectual property rights dispute with a global manufacturer*
    • An investment management group in relation to the breach of a settlement agreement before the High Court*
    • A leading national manufacturer in proceedings against addressees of a European Commission infringement decision in the High Court*
