Ariel Gershoig is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Mr. Gershoig advises private equity sponsors and public and private companies in a range of industries in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic corporate transactions, and other general corporate matters.

His experience includes transactions in the technology, retail and consumer products, entertainment and media, real estate, and manufacturing industries.

Mr. Gershoig maintains an active pro bono practice that involves attending to general corporate governance matters for underrepresented minority communities and nonprofit organizations.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Gershoig was an associate at another leading law firm in its New York office.

    • Sun Auto, a provider of aftermarket automotive repair, maintenance and tire services

  • Milan Laser Holdings, a laser hair removal company, in the sale of a minority interest to affiliates of Sixth Street Partners and Wildcat Capital Management
  • PLBY Group in its acquisition of Honey Birdette
  • Parsons Corporation in its acquisition of Blackhorse
  • Avery Dennison Corp. in its acquisition of Vestcom
  • Nestlé in various acquisition transactions
  • Lion Street in its sale to Integrity Marketing Group
  • Mountain (MNTN), a leading self-serve performance TV platform, in its acquisition of Ryan Reynolds’ Maximum Effort Marketing
