    • Issa Brothers and TDR Capital on the financing of the acquisition of Asda Group Limited, Walmart’s wholly owned UK business
    • Astorg Partners in relation to its investments in IPCOM, a pan-European distributor of technical and building insulation products
    • CVC in relation to its investment in Breitling, an independent Swiss watchmaker
    • Permira in relation to its investment in Kedrion and Bio Products Laboratory, two providers of medicinal products derived from human blood plasma
