Aya AlHumaid assists in advising clients on a broad range of corporate and capital markets transactions.

Ms. AlHumaid’s practice focuses on assisting issuers and investment banks on capital market transactions including initial public offerings (IPOs) and other security offerings. She advises on:

While completing her LLM at New York University, she assisted Professor Edward Rock in drafting the First Restatement of Corporate Governance for the American Law Institute and conducted extensive research in the area of corporate governance.

Ms. AlHumaid was involved in several pro bono placements, including a placement with Advice UK, where she assisted in providing free legal advice to underprivileged clients. She also has experience as a pro bono researcher at UN Women.
