Ben Herrington-Gilmore is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Herrington-Gilmore represents public and private companies across a variety of sectors in internal investigations, litigation, and arbitration. 

Mr. Herrington-Gilmore maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on police reform and transparency, partnering with such organizations as the American Civil Liberties Union and the New York Civil Liberties Union. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Herrington-Gilmore spent eight years working for the City of New York’s independent police oversight agency, the Civilian Complaint Review Board. 

Mr. Herrington-Gilmore serves on the New York City Bar Association’s Civil Rights Committee.
