Ben Bussmann advises companies, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies on finance transactions.

While in law school, Ben was a member of the Cornell Law School International Law Journal and served on the boards of Moot Court and OutLaw.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ben was a summer associate in the New York office.

Apollo on the financing for its strategic partnership and physician-led buyout of GI Alliance, the nation’s largest gastroenterology practice
Leonard Green & Partners on its investments in Mariner Wealth Advisors, Pye Barker Fire & Safety, and other companies
Odyssey Investment Partners on its investments in Magna Legal Services and other companies
One Rock Capital Partners on its investments in Innophos and other companies
