Benjamin Feiner is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins.

Benjamin represents corporations and individuals in complex commercial, securities, and white collar litigation. Prior to joining Latham, Benjamin served as a law clerk for Judge William Q. Hayes of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

Benjamin earned his JD from Columbia Law School, where he served as Executive Notes Editor of the Columbia Journal of Law & The Arts. During law school, Benjamin competed as a quarterfinalist at the National Native American Law Student Association moot court competition and completed internships at the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
