Bernie Toledano is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Bernie represents a wide range of clients in their highest stakes litigation matters. Her experience includes complex commercial litigation (including trade secrets and contract disputes) and government investigations. Her clients span a wide array of industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing.
In addition to her commercial practice, Bernie maintains an active pro bono practice advocating for incarcerated individuals and victims of domestic violence as well as advising non-profit organizations on state and federal constitutional issues.
Prior to joining Latham, Bernie was an executive articles editor on the Brooklyn Law Review, a member of Brooklyn Law School’s Vis International Arbitration Team, and a Dennis J. Block International Business Fellow. While in law school, Bernie worked as a legal intern at a technology company and as a judicial extern for Judge Lewis J. Liman in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and for Judge Susan D. Wigenton in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Before law school, Bernie had an extensive marketing career, most recently as the head of marketing at a legal technology company.
