    Ms. Huang’s practice involves a wide range of transactions, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, and private equity.

    Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Huang worked at a leading international law firm. During law school, Ms. Huang was a judicial extern for the Honorable James Donato in the US District Court, Northern District of California.
