Bradley Puffenbarger is an associate in the San Diego office and is a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.

Mr. Puffenbarger represents policyholders in high-stakes insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, and advises on securities litigation and other complex commercial litigation matters. Mr. Puffenbarger has experience representing financial institutions, corporations, and individuals in high-profile matters, including:

  • Insurance coverage and bad faith disputes involving a wide array of policy types, including commercial general liability
  • Shareholder derivative litigation
  • Securities class action suits
  • Internal investigations
  • Other complex litigation and contract disputes in both state and federal courts

Mr. Puffenbarger also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on assisting victims of deed theft maintain ownership of their homes.

Prior to joining the firm full-time, Mr. Puffenbarger was a summer associate in the New York office, where he began his career before moving to Latham’s San Diego office.

While in law school, Mr. Puffenbarger was editor-in-chief of the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review.
