Brendan D. Galloway

Brendan Galloway is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Galloway represents a variety of clients, including prominent private equity funds, portfolio companies, REITs, and publicly listed companies, in matters relating to the acquisition, financing, development, management, and disposition of commercial real estate. He has experience advising on transactions involving industrial, office, hotel, multifamily, retail, and life-science assets.

Mr. Galloway also advises clients on real estate matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions and public-to-private transactions.
