Brian Isaac Herskowitz

Brian Herskowitz is an associate in the New York Office of Latham & Watkins. 

Prior to joining the firm, Brian was a judicial intern for Justice Karen L. Valihura in the Delaware Supreme Court.

Brian earned his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and his BA from Rutgers University. During law school, he was a Senior Editor for the University of Pennsylvania’s Journal of Business Law.
