Brian Hintze advises clients on project development and transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Brian represents US and international energy and infrastructure clients, with a particular focus on upstream and midstream transactions and operations, LNG project development, and host government agreements.
Brian draws on nearly two decades of experience in both private practice and in-house representing major energy companies. Immediately prior to joining Latham he served as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at a North American LNG export project developer. Prior to that he served as General Counsel and Secretary at an operating LNG company based internationally.
He has substantial experience with matters involving upstream and midstream companies, commercial transactions, corporate structuring, operations, and major energy projects.
