Bryce Williamson is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins. She is a member of the Tax Department and the Global Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Practice. 

Bryce earned her JD from the Charleston School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and her LLM from Georgetown University Law Center, where she graduated with honors. In law school, Bryce was the clinic director of a low income taxpayer clinic, in which she assisted representing individuals for tax matters with the IRS. Prior to law school, Bryce received her BS in accounting from the University of Alabama.

Prior to joining Latham, Bryce advised private equity funds and public and private companies on the international tax aspects of cross-border transactions.
