Associate
Cáit O’Sullivan O’Neill is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department and Project Development & Finance Practice.
Cáit represents sponsors, developers, equity investors, commercial banks and other financial institutions in connection with the development and financing of a variety of energy and infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining Latham, Cáit was an English teacher in Kosovo for the Peace Corps and worked as a paralegal for an immigration law firm. While in law school, she served as a member of the Moot Court Board and participated in the Children’s Law Clinic.
