Caitlin Fitzpatrick advises clients on complex antitrust matters, with a focus on obtaining regulatory approvals for mergers and acquisitions in the US and globally.
Caitlin draws on her sophisticated understanding of the regulatory landscape to help companies secure clearances from the US Department of Justice (DOJ), US Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and competition authorities around the world. Caitlin is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Section and currently serves in a leadership role in the Section’s Early Career Task Force. She was also a member of the Editorial Board of the ABA Joint Conduct Committee’s newsletter.
