Caitlin Fitzpatrick advises clients on complex antitrust matters, with a focus on obtaining regulatory approvals for mergers and acquisitions in the US and globally.

Caitlin draws on her sophisticated understanding of the regulatory landscape to help companies secure clearances from the US Department of Justice (DOJ), US Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and competition authorities around the world. She helps clients navigate antitrust compliance issues and investigations across a wide range of industries, including:

She has also represented companies in complex commercial litigation, civil antitrust litigation, and commercial arbitration in state and federal courts around the country, as well as before the International Chamber of Commerce.

Caitlin is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Section and currently serves in a leadership role in the Section’s Early Career Task Force. She was also a member of the Editorial Board of the ABA Joint Conduct Committee’s newsletter.

Before joining Latham, Caitlin was an associate at another major law firm in New York.
