Cameron Jones is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Fintech Industry Group.

Cameron advises a range of clients including financial institutions, payments service providers, cryptocurrency platforms, and e-money platforms on all aspects of domestic financial regulation as well as cross-border regulatory issues.

Cameron trained in the firm’s London office, gaining experience in employment and benefits, mergers and acquisitions, financial regulation and structured finance and derivatives, in addition to the Emerging Companies Fintech Practice.

Cameron's experience includes advising:

  • Hidden Road Partners CIV NL B.V. (the Netherlands entity of Hidden Road), the global credit network for institutions, on obtaining a MiCA license by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets
