Carmen Abella Crossley is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.
Prior to joining Latham, Carmen served as a law clerk to Judge Laurie J. Michelson of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Carmen received her JD from Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, she served as an intern in the Civil Rights Division of the US Department of Justice. She was also a law fellow for the legal research and writing program, mentorship chair for the Latin American Law Students Association, and senior notes editor for the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics.
A Latham antitrust team led by partners Belinda Lee, Ashley Bauer, and Chris Yates won dismissal for their client Michelin in the Ohio federal MDL alleging several US tiremakers engaged in price-fixing.
