Caroline Clarke is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Caroline represents clients in complex commercial disputes, antitrust investigations, and bankruptcy litigation.

Caroline maintains an active pro bono practice, representing parents of students with disabilities and special education needs.

Prior to joining Latham, Caroline taught elementary school in New York City.
