Carrie Girgenti is counsel in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins' New York office and focuses on intellectual property and technology-related matters. Carrie regularly counsels clients regarding a variety of trademark, copyright and patent issues, and provides intellectual property and technology advice in the context of mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. She is experienced in a range of intellectual property and technology-related transactions including intellectual property licensing, services and consulting arrangements, software licensing, strategic alliances, intellectual property and technology transfers, co-branding agreements, and supply and distribution agreements.
Carrie is also a member of the Trademark Prosecution Practice through which she handles the procurement of trademarks as well as related proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
