Carry Chen is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department.

Mr. Chen has experience advising sponsors, corporate borrowers, and banks across a broad range of international and domestic financing transactions including general banking, leveraged finance, and funds finance.

  • Equistone on the financing in connection with its acquisition of Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services, a leading provider of bespoke research, analytics, and automation technology to the financial services sector
  • Hellman & Friedman on the refinancing of TeamSystem, an Italy-based provider of accounting, payroll, and business management software
  • A global private equity firm on the financing for the acquisition of a manager of air-cargo capacity
