    Cassidy Rowe is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.

    Cassidy represents public and private companies, private equity firms, and strategic investors in a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and professional sports franchise investments, acquisitions, and sales.

    While attending University of Pennsylvania Law School, Cassidy served as the president of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.

    Prior to joining Latham & Watkins full-time, Cassidy was a summer associate in the New York office.

    Experience

    Cassidy’s experience includes advising:

    • Endeavor in a variety of transactions, including its:
      • Pending US$13 billion sale to Silver Lake
      • Pending US$3.25 billion sale of Professional Bull Riders, IMG, and On Location to TKO
      • US$21 billion merger of UFC and WWE
      • Acquisition of multiple MLB Professional Development League Clubs and the creation of Diamond Baseball Holdings and subsequent sale of Diamond Baseball Holdings to Silver Lake
    • TKO in a variety of transactions
    • Diamond Baseball Holdings, a Silver Lake portfolio company, in the acquisition of over 35 MLB Professional Development League Clubs
    • Stanley Middleman in an investment in the Philadelphia Phillies
