Catherine Willis is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Willis maintains an active pro bono practice, including assisting refugees with the International Refugee Assistance Project, and representing transgender clients seeking legal name changes in partnership with the Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund’s Name Change Project. 

Prior to joining the firm full time, Ms. Willis was a summer associate in the New York office.

Ms. Willis earned her JD from New York University School of Law, where she served as managing editor of the NYU Law Moot Court Board. While in law school, Ms. Willis participated in the United Nations Diplomacy Clinic, and served as a Fellow at the World Bank, Legal Vice Presidency.
