Cécile Kuehn is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.
Ms. Kuehn advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including private equity, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
Prior to qualification, she trained in the firm’s London office, gaining experience in leveraged finance and corporate transactions as well as restructuring and special situations matters. Ms. Kuehn has spent time on secondment at private equity firm The Carlyle Group, where she worked with European buyout, technology, infrastructure, and energy funds.
