Cedric Oulai is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Banking Practice. 

Cedric’s experience includes advising financial institutions, corporate borrowers, and private credit funds across a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition financings.

Cedric’s experience includes advising:

  • Advising HPS Partners on £485 million term loan/RCF for Saga Plc
  • Advising a consortium of private credit funds on a €1.8 billion DDF/term Loan/RCF
  • Advising a consortium of banks on a €510 million term loan/RCF on the acquisition of a majority stake in Eutelsat's satellite ground station
  • Advising a consortium of banks on a multimillion term loan/RCF for Gridserve
  • The mandated lead arrangers on a revolving credit facility, concurrent with a €350 million senior bond offering
  • A corporate borrower on a €100 million revolving facility agreement
