Chaaru Deb focuses on patent and trade secret litigation in federal and state courts. With a background in Biological Engineering, Ms. Deb is able to bring an understanding of a wide range of technologies to her legal practice.

During law school, Ms. Deb advised early stage biotech start-ups on various topics, including intellectual property strategy. Ms. Deb also has prior experience working with the USPTO’s Biotechnology and Organic fields technology center and the Office of Policy and International Affairs. Prior to law school, Ms. Deb’s biological engineering research focused on stem cell therapeutics, single-cell RNA sequencing, and computational biology. Ms. Deb maintains an active pro bono practice.
