Charles M. McGrath

Charles McGrath is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Charles was a summer associate in the New York Office. 

Charles received his JD from University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a student member of the Innocence Project clinic. He was also an editor for the Virginia Law and Business Review and a member of the Extramural Moot Court team. While in law school, Charles interned for Judge Stefan R. Underhill, the Chief Judge for the District of Connecticut.

Before attending law school, Charles worked as an implementation manager for Aetna as part of the General Management Development Program.
