• SoftBank on its US$150 million Series F funding round into Eruditus, an India-based education tech company
• PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk, Indonesia’s leading chemical and infrastructure solutions company, on the formation of a consortium with Glencore plc and the acquisition by the consortium from Shell Singapore Pte. Ltd. of all of SSPL’s interest in Shell Energy and Chemicals Park Singapore
• Bayfront Infrastructure Management Pte. Ltd (Bayfront), in relation to its third infrastructure asset-backed securities (IABS) issuance through Bayfront Infrastructure Capital III Pte. Ltd, in which four classes of investment grade rated notes (Class A1, Class A1-SU, Class B, Class C) of US$374.3 million in aggregate principal amount were offered to investors and are listed on the Singapore Exchange in addition to a US$30.2 million equity tranche which was retained by Bayfront. This was Bayfront’s third IABS offering, building on the success of previous IABS in 2018 and 2021 respectively, both of which Latham acted on as well
• The underwriters in the IPO of Thai Life Insurance Public Company Limited (TLI), the largest domestically-founded Thai life insurance brand in Thailand which was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The deal is the largest IPO in Southeast Asia to date in 2022
• Wasted Collective, an eco-conscious retailer based in Singapore, on its US$12 million Series A investment
• The joint lead managers and underwriters in the issuance of three classes of bonds by Astrea VI Pte. Ltd., which are backed by cash flows from a portfolio of private equity funds
• MyRepublic, a Singapore-based broadband company, in its sale of a majority stake in its Singapore broadband business to StarHub Online
• Mogli Labs Private Limited, an Asia-based B2B commerce company, in its Series F Financing
