Chris Lloyd is a corporate associate in Latham & Watkins’ Boston office.

While in law school, Mr. Lloyd served as marketing fellow for The George Washington Law Review. He also worked as a student attorney at The George Washington University Law School’s Small Business and Community Economic Development Clinic.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Lloyd worked as a legal intern for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. and as a legal intern in the United States Attorney’s Office in Greenbelt, Maryland.

Prior to law school, he worked for a media startup company in Washington, D.C. as an analyst and editor.
