Christopher T. Pham is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins.

Christopher represents emerging companies and venture capital firms in growth industries, including technology and life sciences.

Christopher helps emerging companies, as well as institutional investors, navigate a range of corporate transactions, including venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises emerging and growth companies on formation, corporate governance, securities law, and other transactional matters.

Christopher maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting on expungements, conservatorships, and naturalizations.

Prior to joining Latham, Christopher was a corporate associate at a large American law firm, where he focused on the representation of emerging companies and their investors.

Christopher’s experience includes advising:

  • Crossover Health in its Series D financing
  • Point in its US$115 million Series C financing
  • Prothena in its US$72.6 million offering
