Daley King is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.

Daley advises public and private companies and private equity funds on a range of complex M&A and joint venture transactions and general corporate matters.

  • Energy Capital Partners, in the acquisition of a majority interest in PROENERGY, a vertically integrated aeroderivative gas turbine platform with a 2.4 GW fleet of contracted peakers in Texas
  • Energy Capital Partners, in the sale of its 50% stake in Terra-Gen Power Holdings II, LLC, one of the largest independent renewable energy power producers in the US
