Daniel Eyal is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the firm's Corporate Department. Daniel represents clients in a broad range of real estate transactions, with a particular focus on advising clients on joint ventures, financings, developments, leasing, and mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on the hospitality, gaming & leisure, energy & infrastructure, and REIT industries.

Daniel graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School. During his time in law school, he gained valuable experience as an intern at the United States Department of Justice’s Public Integrity Division and the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts. He also served as an executive editor for the Harvard Negotiation Law Review and as the president of the Harvard Law School West Coast Club.

Before attending law school, Daniel worked in government and on political campaigns. In local government, he addressed critical issues such as homelessness, housing, and public safety. Additionally, Daniel served as a deputy campaign manager on a closely watched political campaign, where he was the campaign’s chief spokesperson, oversaw fundraising operations, and managed voter-engagement activities.
