Daniel Grill is an associate in Latham’s New York office. He works on a broad range of matters in the Litigation & Trial Department, with experience in complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and white-collar investigations. Daniel represents clients such as high-profile corporations and their executives, financial institutions, and entertainment companies. He has represented clients in litigation and arbitrations related to breach of contract, tort claims, defamation, securities class actions, and data security and information privacy.
Daniel maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum and Holocaust survivors seeking pensions from the German government for work performed during World War II.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Daniel was a summer associate in the New York office. While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, Daniel was a staff editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law.
