Daniel Maggen is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Daniel represents both public and private companies, including private equity funds and strategic investors in mergers, acquisitions, and other general corporate matters. 

Daniel maintains an active pro bono practice, representing, among others, individuals seeking asylum and victims of domestic violence.

Before Joining Latham, Daniel was a Senior Law Clerk for Justice Salim Joubran of the Supreme Court of Israel and a Lecturer at Yale University.

Daniel holds a doctorate in law from the Yale Law School, where he served as a Tutor in Law. He has published several articles in leading law reviews, and is the recipient of a number of academic excellence awards.
