Daniel Charles McCarthy

Daniel McCarthy is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.

Daniel received his JD, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law. While in law school, Daniel was an executive editor for notes and comments on the Review of Banking and Financial Law. He also worked as a student attorney at the BU/MIT Startup Law Clinic.

Prior to joining Latham, Daniel worked as a summer intern in the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School.

Prior to law school, he worked for Point72, a hedge fund in Stamford, CT, as a legal and research analyst.
