  • Odyssey Investment Partners and its portfolio companies in a number of transactions, including Protective Industrial Products, NSi Industries, Mercalis, Service Champions, IEM, ProPharma, Levata, Magna Legal Services, CPI, and Applied Technical Services
  • Carlyle Power Partners and Cogentrix Energy in a number of acquisitions and dispositions, including the US$3 billion sale of Cogentrix Energy to Quantum Capital and the acquisition of multiple cogeneration facilities from Cascade Investment
  • Siemens, in several transactions, including the US$10 billion acquisition of Altair Engineering, the acquisition of Brightly Software, the investment in Electrify America, and the US$4.5 billion acquisition of Mentor Graphics Corporation
  • Leonard Green & Partners in several matters, including the US$18.25 billion disposition of SRS Distribution and the deSPAC of AerSale
  • Cinven Partners in several transactions, including the acquisitions of Jaggaer and National Seating & Mobility
  • NRG Energy in its US$3.625 billion acquisition of Direct Energy through a carve out
  • MD Helicopters in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy sale
  • Energy Capital Partners, along with a consortium of investors, in the pending US$17 billion acquisition of Calpine Corporation, a wholesale power generation company, operating natural gas-fired and geothermal power plants
