    Ms. Stobie’s experience includes advising sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions across a broad range of cross-border finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition financings.

    Ms. Stobie’s experience includes advising:

    • Cinven in connection with the financing of its public acquisition offer for SYNLAB*
    • The mandated lead arrangers on the amendment and extension of 3i-owned Action’s €3.625 billion financing*
    • Stirling Square Capital Partners in connection with the financing of its acquisition of Eurofins Digital Testing*
