Daphné Van der Eycken is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Antitrust & Competition Practice.

Daphné advises clients on all aspects of EU and Belgian competition law and represents clients before the European Commission (EC) and the Belgian competition authority.

She has experience across a wide range of industry sectors, including technology, healthcare and life sciences, video gaming, and consumer goods.

Prior to joining Latham, Daphné worked as a trainee in the Brussels office of other leading international law firms and at the Chamber of Commerce at the Court of Appeal in Ghent. She also gained experience as an academic researcher at KU Leuven Centre for IT and IP Law (CiTiP), focusing on data protection, and was a support lawyer at a boutique law firm for patent litigation.
