David Hayward is a UK and US dual-qualified associate in the Dubai office, having previously worked as an associate at an international law firm in London and at a Magic Circle firm in Dubai.

David has advised issuers and international investment banks on a number of significant and market-leading debt and equity capital markets transactions in the GCC and further afield.On the equity side, he has advised on a range of IPOs and secondary offerings as well as providing regular advice on public company representation matters. On the debt side, he has advised on a wide spectrum ofconventional, sukuk, regulatory capital and sovereign issuances as well as liability management exercises.
