David draws on extensive fund experience to represent a broad range of clients, from first-time fund managers to global institutional asset managers, as well as an array of institutional investors, including strategic corporates, family offices, and tax-exempt organizations.
He guides sponsors on formation, global fundraising, capital deployment, compliance, and operating activities across a range of strategies, including:

- Buyout and private equity
In addition to his fund work, David also advises sponsors on bespoke capital formation, capital preservation, and strategic acquisition and sale transactions, including: co-investment funds; permanent capital vehicles evergreen funds, and open-ended managed accounts; joint ventures and other strategic partnerships; GP-led secondary transactions; and internal sponsor restructurings, spin-outs, and GP-stakes transactions.
