De Vann S. Sago is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Environment, Land & Resources Practice and Litigation & Trial Department.
De Vann primarily advises clients on complex environmental regulatory issues and litigation across a variety of sectors.
Prior to joining Latham, De Vann was an associate at a national law firm where she worked on regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters in the transportation sector.
While in law school, De Vann interned at the Office of the General Counsel at the US Department of Transportation. De Vann was also an editor of the Georgetown Environmental Law Review. Before law school, De Vann completed a fellowship in children’s health at a Nashville-based public interest law firm.
