Dennis Benschoter represents a broad range of clients in intellectual property disputes in administrative tribunals, state courts, and federal courts across the United States. Dennis also counsels clients on the maintenance and enforcement of their intellectual property rights including trademarks, trade dress, and domain names.
Dennis advises technology companies, financial institutions, and well-known consumer brands in high stakes intellectual property disputes. He focuses specifically on disputes involving trademark issues that pose significant risk to the client’s goodwill, reputation, and sales.
Dennis is a member of the LGBTQ Lawyers Group and Asian American and Middle Eastern Lawyers Group. While attending New York University School of Law, Dennis served as a managing editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law.
