  • Healthpeak Properties in connection with its acquisition of Physicians Realty Trust, including the registered consent solicitation and offer to guarantee of an aggregate of US$1.25 billion of outstanding senior notes
  • Digital Realty in its US$1.4 billion public offering of common stock
